Committees

Food Area – See Mrs. Peyton (tina.peyton@hopkins.kyschools.us) 

Inflatable games in the gym – Clark Ashby (clark.ashby@hopkins.kyschools.us) need volunteers to man each apparatus in order to distribute fake money and ensure the kiddos are safe and exercising good judgment on inflatable toys. 

Casino –  Takes place in the café and we need people to work the tables! (we need about 15/20 people) 

Bank– Takes place in the café and we need people to work the tables! (we need about 15 or so people) 

Security (bags) – We need both males and females to help with this!    Area is twofold—1)  working check-in #1 and 2) placing things in the graduates bags and keeping their valuables safe all night.  Also, it is their last check-out before they leave. Registration workers put in some time here, too!

Security (building) – A group of parents (usually men) walk the building and keep check on certain areas of the campus.  They stay in contact with administrator on duty. 

Raffle Items – Funds are raised to purchase these items.  A covered trailer is needed to move items to storage. 

First Aid Station – This station is important to handle injuries and medical concerns.  Mostly volunteers will hand out bandaides and assess medical needs.

Prize Room - Area businesses make donations of goods and/or services that will be distributed by random drawings from the guidance office (aka prize room).  Student names are drawn every few minutes and the students may pick a prize.  People who work this area also seek items for distribution.
