I have taught in GUSD since 1991, including six years at CVHS in the early '90s. After teaching for more than two decades at Clark Magnet High School, I am proud to return as a Falcon to CVHS.

I grew up in the Los Angeles area, received my B.A. from UC Riverside in history and English and my M.A. in history from Cal State L.A. I also attended UCLA, where I earned my teaching credential and graduated with an M.Ed.

In addition to teaching history, English, and journalism, I have also enjoyed coaching track and cross country at Rosemont Middle School.
