School Site Council Meetings

  • The Muir School Site Council is composed of ten members: the principal, teacher specialist, parents elected by parents, and school staff members elected by school staff.  The School Site Council meets a minimum of four (4) times during the year.  Its purpose is to help develop, recommend and implement the Single Plan for Student Achievement.  In February 2017, John Muir SSC Members had voted to blend with the English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC).  These joint meetings are open, and interested parents are encouraged to attend.  For more information contact Muir’s Teacher Specialist.  Invitations to meetings will be posted on Peachjar and sent home in Thursday Folders.
