A TOOL TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT
-
Do you want to learn more about your child's overall development: communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal-social skills? The Ages & Stages Parent Questionnaire (ASQ) was designed with the parent in mind. The family education tool is an opportunity to gain knowledge to better understand your child at specific ages. It allows you to reflect on your child's skills, discover their strengths and areas to strengthen, as well as identify areas that need support. Remember, children reach developmental milestones at their own pace. The ASQ is NOT a test! The more we know, the more we help our children grow!
To access the ASQ and to get started on learning more about your child's development, click on the link(s) below. To help you get started, here is the link for calculating your child's exact age: ASQ Age Calculator
ASQ 3 & ASQ SE 2
ASQ 3 English - Spanish
ASQ SE 2 English - Spanish
After completion, a team member will provide you with a copy of the ASQ to review and provide handouts with specific age appropriate activities to enhance all areas of development for that age range.
