The Beattie Ambassadors, established during the 2010-2011 school year, is a group of students chosen by their instructors to represent A.W. Beattie Career Center during activities and presentations. Ambassadors may participate in activities such as: Recruitment, Student Tours, Green Technology Tours and Open House activities.
They also organize, manage, and promote in-school fundraisers for non-profit causes. This has included raising funds to provide supplies for the Backpack Challenge and an annual Tape-A-Teacher fundraiser that is always popular among students. Most recently, Beattie Ambassadors raised $500 for the Dalton Bacco "Living The Dream" Fund.
