2021 Auto Body Senior of the Year to work at Elite Auto Collision

Congratulations to Hampton Township’s Ronnie Misencik who was named the 2021 Senior of the Year in A.W. Beattie’s Automotive Collision Technology program!

Ronnie has always been interested in vehicles and wanted to learn what it would be like to be in the industry. Now he plans to go straight into the workforce.

“I’ve never had a reason to shy away from it,” Ronnie said. “The more I learned the more I wanted to be in the industry.”

Ronnie has been a two-time Peddle Car Champion with his classmates. He has also gotten to work on interesting projects in the shop.

“I love the painting, always a fun time,” Ronnie said. “There was a 69 Camero in here last year that I got to work on. I block sanded the whole car down. That was cool.”

Ronnie works through Beattie’s Co-Op program at Elite Auto Collision and plans to work there full-time upon graduating.

“I’m excited to get started full-time,” Ronnie said. “I hope someday I can do some full restorations from the ground up. I’m looking at a 69 Camero, I’d also like to do a 71 Pontiac GTO.”
