About School 14

Success for Every Child

School 14, located on St. Andrews Boulevard, was built in 1953 and currently serves approximately 390 students in grades Pre-K through 5. We take great pride in our diversity, as we are home to Clifton’s Arabic Bilingual Program and a vibrant ESL program. Thanks to the wide range of programs we offer, our school community includes students from nearly every part of the city.

In addition, School 14 is proud to house multiple special needs classrooms that support a diverse group of learners. These specialized settings provide individualized and modified instruction designed to help each student reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our vision is to provide a high-quality education in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Through academic and social-emotional support, our students will be empowered to build a foundation for lifelong learning within a supportive and diverse community. Our core values of respect, kindness, safety, and acceptance guide everything we do at School 14. We believe in fostering a culture where every student feels valued, supported, and secure. Respect encourages positive relationships and appreciation for differences; kindness promotes empathy and cooperation; safety ensures that our students can learn and grow in a protected environment; and acceptance celebrates the diversity that makes our school community strong. Together, these values help us create an inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
