Mrs. Libera has been teaching  since 1996. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and a Masters Degree in Reading from Appalacian State University. She is National Board Certified. She enjoys teaching students to read.  She also enjoys reading and traveling in her free time.
