Hey there, Lynx family! My name is Mrs. McFalls and I am so excited to be here! I am a Caldwell County native and live locally with my husband, our son, and our two fur babies. I have been a Social Worker for 3 years and I am so passionate about this field and I LOVE what I do! I received my Bachelors of Social Work from Western Carolina University in May 2020 (Gooooo Cats!). This is my first year as a School Social Worker. I previously worked for the Department of Social Services in Burke and Caldwell counties as a Foster Care Social Worker. I enjoy working with children and families to promote and support students' academic and social success. As the School Social Worker, I am the link between the home, school, and community in providing direct and indirect services to students and families.
