Hello! My name is Joanne Puliatti and I am the Speech-Language Pathologist at both Happy Valley and Valmead Elementary schools. I am a graduate of Appalachian State University with my Bachelor’s and Master's in Communication Disorders. I am originally from Syracuse, New York.
