Hello! I am Rachel Thomas and I am the Middle School Math Teacher at Kings Creek School. I am from Granite Falls, North Carolina where I grew up. I graduated in Spring of 2016 from Western Carolina University with a Bachelors Degree in Middle Grades Education with a Concentration in Math and Science. This is my 5th year teaching middle school. I taught for 2 years in Gaston County and 2 years in Newton-Conover City Schools. I have always wanted to be a teacher since I was younger. I remember playing school with friends and I always loved being the teacher. I am so happy to be a teacher in Caldwell County since I myself am a product of the Caldwell County School System.
