Hello! My name is Elizabeth Walker. I am going into my 10th year of teaching and my 5th year at Davenport A+! I am a Caldwell County native and proud to be part of the first graduating class from Caldwell Early College High School. Before teaching at Davenport, I taught for 5 years in Wilkes County Schools. I love teaching at Davenport because our school is a family! We support and take care of each other. I love being part of this community! I also love that our school is different from every other school in Caldwell County because of our A+ program! I love supporting and integrating the arts in my classroom and through all the fun and creative activities our school does! I also love technology and finding new ways to engage my students using it. I have taught many different grade levels but 3rd grade has a very special place in my heart! My husband Phillip and I have 2 boys, Ethan and Owen. Ethan is 11 and Owen is 6. We love spending time with family, swimming, playing games, and going to Tweetsie!
