About Me

  • I was born and raised in Warren, Michigan (just outside of Detroit) and moved here in the summer of 2015. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in secondary education, specializing in biology and physical education. I love to explore the outdoors which is what gave me my passion for science and inspired me to learn about the world around me.While I am very passionate about science, my true passion is teaching. I love being able to present students with a challenging concept and help them work through the steps until they finally understand. My goal as a teacher is not just to make better scientists, but better thinkers and learners as well. I am looking forward to getting to know all of my students and having a great eighth year as a Charger!
