Mr. Dulin is from Concord, NC. He joined Cabarrus County Schools in 2005 as a teacher at Weddington Hills Elementary School, where he taught 3rd grade until 2016. He completed the CCS Teacher Leader Cohort Program and served as a Read to Achieve Summer Camp Administrator.
During the 2017-2018 school year, he served as the Principal Intern at Irvin. In May of 2018, Mr. Dulin completed his Master's of School Administration at UNC-Charlotte as a North Carolina Principal Fellow - Cohort 23. He was a North Carolina Principal Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and was named the 2018 UNCC Principal Intern of the Year. Mr. Dulin served as an Assistant Principal at Irvin until April of 2022.
Mr. Dulin earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UNC-Charlotte. His tenure at Wolf Meadow began in May of 2022.

Welcome to Wolf Meadow! We are One Pack, and I am excited to go on this exciting journey with all of you this year!
For ten years, Mrs. Vesey has been a public educator in Cabarrus County Schools. She has spent most of her career serving the Wolf Meadow community as a classroom teacher, lead teacher, and school administrator. She received a bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a minor in Sociology and her master’s in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She completed her administrative internship at Concord Middle. Outside of school, Mrs. Vesey enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her cat Robby and dog Winston. She loves to read, go to the beach, and play games.
Tina Willis -Assistant Principal

Mrs. Willis has been an educator for over 25 years. She has been a teacher and a teacher leader in Maryland, in Stanly County, CMS, and in Union County, but has spent the majority of her teaching career in Cabarrus County. In Cabarrus County, Mrs. Willis was a classroom teacher at Rocky River, Pitts School Road, and JN Fries. She has been a lead teacher at Bethel and Winecoff and a school administrator at AT Allen.
She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education, K-6, from the State University of Oswego. She has master's degrees and certifications from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a Curriculum Instructional Specialist and in School Administration, K-12. Mrs. Willis believes in fostering meaningful relationships, making learning relevant for students, and finding ways to bring your passion and enthusiasm into the work that you do every day!
