Hello friends!

I grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia, graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Family and Child Development, and Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master's in Social Work.  In 2000, I became a L.C.S.W. (licensed clinical social worker).  I've worked for child welfare agencies, mental health agencies, nonprofits, and school systems.  I enjoy watching my kids dancing, playing instruments, and enjoying sports.  Walking on all the local greenways and parks is my favorite way to practice self-care.
