Welcome to 5th Grade! 

Hello, I'm Mrs. Melo! (just like "Mellow Yellow")

I am beyond excited to have you in my class this year! This is my fourth year as a teacher, and my third year in 5th grade. I am a Concord HS Alum and a very proud member of the Spider family. I graduated with my Bachelor of the Arts of Elementary Education  from UNC-Wilmington. 

My husband, Eddie, and I love living in Concord with our two dogs, Bodie and Banjo, and are excited to welcome their little human brother this summer!

I am looking forward to a great year with all of you!
