My name is Connie Pilkinton and this is my 17th year in education.  I graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 2006 with a BA in Child and Family Development and have since used that degree to work with children and their families.  I have previously served on the Cabarrus County Early Childhood Task Force Advisory Board where we worked to help families and children during their early years.  I firmly believe that making school and family connections is vitally important for the success of students as well as building a solid social emotional foundation.  My role as Student Success Coach will include working with students and families to ensure the success of all Irvin Eagles.
