Mrs. Allison Heafner

Welcome to Kindergarten! This will be my 9th year teaching. I graduated from Winthrop University where I received my Masters in Early Childhood Education, and I have a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion from Appalachian State University. I absolutely LOVE teaching and inspiring children to love to learn! My husband and I have three children and have lived in Charlotte for the last 11 years. 

Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends, keeping active, going to church, and reading! I am so grateful to be in this position as your child’s teacher, and it is my goal to provide your child with the most supportive and nurturing environment possible. I will create a classroom where each child will accept challenge, respect themselves, fellow classmates, and teachers. I am excited to begin this journey together with you to benefit your child’s learning!
