    My name is Trevor Roorda and I am the head Cross Country/Track and Field Coach at Central Cabarrus. Below you will find some pre-season information regarding the upcoming season. Athletes must be completely registered through the Dragonfly system found on the athletics page. The official season will begin with the first day of tryouts on July 31st . Practices take place from 2:30-4:00.
