Ms. Shannon Coleman

Greetings!

I am excited about starting another year as the 3-5 School Counselor at Wolf Meadow Elementary School!  This will be my 15th year in education and I'm expecting great things from this school year!  As we continue to push through the ongoing pandemic, my goal is to support the students through any social/emotional needs they might have.

I moved to Charlotte when I was 4 years old and attended North Carolina Central University for both Undergrad and Grad School! I recently finished my School Administration Add-On Program at Gardner-Webb University and will begin doctoral studies in August. I am interested and dedicated to the equitable matriculation of all students and look forward to working with each of you this year!

I enjoy what I do, but in my spare time, I enjoy traveling, relaxing on the beach and trying new things with friends and family!
