In order to participate in school sponsored sports you must have an up to date physical and fill out an online athletic packet. See the link below to access the paperwork. Any questions about athletic paperwork can be directed to your athletic director (Jamie Billings), coach or myself. 

Already done your online registration but have an updated physical? Scan your physical and email it to support@nasathletics.com and cc me at kailyn.herring@cabarrus.k12.nc.us.
