Hi everyone! I am excited about our school year even if it isn't starting as it typically does. I am the Kindergarten through Second Grade Lead Teacher so I get to work with many of our awesome students. This is my 10th year here at Furr and my 26th year teaching.

I am originally from Durham and I graduated from Appalachian State University (Go mountaineers!). I have a husband, two very busy sons (one who is a sophmore at Appalachian and one who is a sophmore at Hickory Ridge), and a Golden Retriever. :) That is me in a nutshell.
