School success goes hand in hand with attendance and is very important here at CVA. Please note that all absences will be coded unexcused unless this form or appropriate electronic documentation is submitted to the school. All absence excuses must be submitted electronically within two (2) school days of the student's absence and/or return to school. Excuses will NOT be accepted after TWO (2) school days.
