Ms. Hancock
Hello. I am Argelia Falcon Hancock. I was born and grew up in South America. I attended Chapman University in California, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, with a minor in bussiness. I came to Mississippi, attended The University of Mississippi for another year, and was certified as a Foreign Language and English Learners Teacher. I am currently an EL teacher at Gorenflo Elementary School. I have worked during the previous years, as a Spanish, and EL Teacher for Long Beach School District , and Biloxi Public Schools. I also enjoy working with NMCRS, as a caseworker, doing budgets for servicemen stationed in the South of Mississippi. Money management is my other passion. I believe that , if you save a dollar each day, you will have $ 365 in a year, enough to buy lots of books to read. I love to dance almost every kind of music, Zumba and kickboxing. I love jogging on the sand, with loud music. I love seafood, cashews, and almonds. My favorite dessert is, definitely: ice cream. My favorite drink is water. My favorite food: Seafood. I love watching football and checking on my favorite teams' standings during the regular season, and playoffs, of course. My favorite teams are the San Diego Chargers, and New England Patriots. I enjoy working with children, and helping them become productive members of society, and be successful in life. I believe teaching is a rewarding profession.
