Michael Scheller

I have lived in Riverside my entire life. Went to RUSD for my school career growing up starting at Madison Elementary, then Sierra Middle School, and graduating from Ramona High School in 2001.  I've been teaching for 11 years, and have done all grade levels.  I used to coach gymnastics for 10 years before being a P.E. teacher and have worked with both recreational and competitive athletes.  I love sports and competing, and am pretty much a jack of all trades type of person where I'm good at anything I put my mind to.  I'm passionate about P.E. and staying physically active.  I workout daily lifting weights, and doing the warm ups with my students, as well as participating in games with them.  I am married with 3 awesome kids, and most of my time is spent with them. I'm a huge believer in personal responsibilty for your actions as well as hard work will help you achieve any goal. I'm also an avid gamer, and have been playing video games since I was 4 years old. I'm still unbeaten here on campus in most games ranging from Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, as well as Street Fighter.  

Arizona has been a wonderful home to me, and I can't wait to work with a new set of students each year.
