• Arizona Middle School  2022-2023 Registration

    Hello Arizona Families,

    Registration for New and Returning Students is Now Open!

     

    Important Registration Information:

    • All Students (including New Students to the District, All Incoming 6th Graders, All Returning 7th Graders, and All Returning 8th Graders) will need to complete the Online Registration/Data Confirmation Process to attend Arizona Middle School for the 2022-2023 School Year.

     

    • Incoming 6th Grade Students and Students NEW to the District:
      • Upload Proof of Residency into the Aeries Parent Portal (See instructions below).
      • Returning students to Arizona Middle School will no longer require proof of residency. (Only incoming 6th grade or students NEW to the district).

     

    • Students Entering 7th Grade:
      • Before entering 7th grade, students must have received:
        • The Tdap or DTaP (whooping cough) vaccination after the age of 7   (and)
        • 2 Doses of Varicella Vaccination
      • Proof of Tdap or DTaP Vaccination and 2 Doses of Varicella Vaccination are required in order for 7th grade students to register.
      • You MUST upload your vaccination record into the Aeries Parent Portal (See instructions below).
      • Incoming 6th Grade Students: You may upload the vaccination record this year: however, proof of those vaccines is not required until 7th Grade.

     

    • Students Entering 8th Grade:
      • Must Complete the Online Data Confirmation before they will receive their 22-23 Class Schedule.

     

    • PE Clothes:
      • Online Purchase: PE Clothes will be available for purchase Online starting on July 18th. 
      • Click Here to View the instructions and Purchase PE Clothes.
      • All PE Clothes MUST be purchased online using a Credit Card.  No in-person purchases/Cash Purchases.
      • Students that have purchased PE Clothes Online will be handed their PE Clothes during the 2nd Week of School. 
    • Textbooks, Student Planners, & PE Clothes (if purchased)
      • Will be issued to All students during the 2nd Week of School.
    • Chromebooks for Incoming 6th Graders & New Students will also be issued the 1st Day of School.

     

    Student Class Schedules: will be available to view in the Aeries Portal on July 29th.

    • **Your student will NOT be placed into any Arizona classes until the Online Registration/Data Confirmation has been completed and All Required Documents have been uploaded into the Aeries Parent Portal.

     

    1st Day of School for the 2022-2023 School Year is Thursday, August 4th.

    • Updated Bell Schedule: Classes Start Every Day at 8:15am!
    • Campus Opens at 8:00am; Please do NOT drop-off your child before 7:50am.
      • Students eating breakfast will enter campus at 7:50am and proceed to the MPR for breakfast.
    • Staggered Release Times:
      • Regular Dismissal: 6th Grade: 2:55pm;            7th Grade: 2:57pm;     8th Grade: 3:00pm
      • Tuesday Dismissal: 6th Grade: 1:10pm;             7th Grade: 1:13pm;     8th Grade: 1:15pm

    Registration for Students New to the Alvord Unified School District: (Begins June 10th)

     

    In-Person Registration Assistance:

    • Please visit the Keller District Office: 10365 Keller Ave. Building C; Riverside 92505
    • July 25th-July 29th - Monday-Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm
      • Please bring your Identification Card (ID Card, Driver’s License) and proof of address (utility bill, rental lease, pay stub, etc.) that must be current within the last 30 days and must be under parent’s name.
