Instructions to Attend Google Classes (All Arizona Students – Hybrid or Virtual Model)

1. Students log onto ‘Google Classroom’ by going to classroom.google.com
   • Use your Student School Email address to login.
   • The student/school email address was given to students at the textbooks/laptop distribution.
2. Once logged onto Google Classroom, students will see their classes for the week.

Students need to log into Google Classroom with their assigned School Email address.

Office Hour

• Office Hour is Monday-Thursday from 1:30-2:30pm and every Friday.
• Office Hour is a time where students can meet with their teachers one-on-one to ask any questions and to make sure their weekly assignments are complete.
• Every Friday, students should be logging into each of their teachers Office Hour’s to double check that they have submitted all the assignments for the week.

Laptop and Textbook Distribution

• Any Arizona Student (Hybrid or Virtual) that has not picked-up a Laptop or Textbook for this school year, please call the Main Office between 7:30am-4:00pm to schedule a pick-up time.
