Mrs. Dugger has been an educator since 2012 and has worked in both middle and high school settings. She has served as a curriculum team lead, new teacher mentor, and sponsor for multiple student clubs and organizations. She also recently served on a strategic development team for a STEM program within a traditional high school setting. During this experience, she worked as a Humanities co-teacher, blending her Language Arts content with STEM subject areas.
Mrs. Dugger earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from the University of North Georgia, Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Governors University, and Education Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership from Georgia State College & State University.
Mrs. Dugger is married and has three children- Griffin, Sutton, and Isla Kate.
