The Reynolds Heath Office is staffed by Mrs. Tack, a registered nurse. Please contact Mrs. Tack with any questions or issues you may have.
Mrs. Tack is in the health office to:
- Attend to the daily health needs of the students.
- Conduct screenings of students' hearing, vision, height, and weight.
- Maintain student health records.
- Contact parents/guardians concerning student health issues
Prescription Medications
Occasionally it may be necessary for a student to take prescription medication during school hours. For all medication that must be administered during the school day: Parents/guardians must bring in the medication to the health office. All medication must be in its original container along with a permission note signed by a physician. The note must include information such as dosage, frequency, and the name of the prescribed medication.
Over-the-Counter Medications
The school nurse cannot give any over-the-counter medications without a note from a physician.
Required Physical Exams
All students in Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 4th Grade, or new to Baldwinsville School District are required by New York State Education Law to have a physical exam. For more information about health related issues, please click the link below.
