Event organizers Coach Pam Hoerup and Coach Karen Bonitatibus led a group of Colonie coaches joined by University at Albany Coach Kate Rowen and U-Albany athletes at the National Girls and Women in Sports Day held at Colonie Central High School MUG on Saturday, Jan. 26.
Colonie coaches Heather Dibiase, Al Anaya, Pam Hoerup, Marissa Shibbley, Lexi Bannigan, Karen Bonitatibus, and Lindsay Gorman, along with a host of current Lady Raider athletes, introduced basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball skills to 75 future Colonie athletes.
