Veeder Cleans Up For Earth Day

Veeder Elementary School Kindergartners had a blast cleaning up the school grounds in recognition of Earth Day. We found lots of pencils, lollipop wrappings, plastic and other trash. The windy weather didn’t deter us from making our Earth shine. CCHS Students Compete in National Math Competition

Several Colonie Central High School students participated in the annual American Mathematics Competition, a national math competition consisting of 25 questions that challenge the top math students from across the country. Congratulations to senior Destin Yee for placing first for team Colonie, and to seniors Ian Canetto and Francis Cheeran for tying for second place.

Lisha Kill Celebrates Cancer Fundraiser For Their Late Teacher

Lisha Kill Middle School students and staff came together in March to celebrate their very successful fundraising efforts for the Lymphoma Foundation in honor of their late teacher Shana Marra.
