2018 Advanced Placement (AP) Exams

AP Exams will be administered May 7 - May 17, 2018 at Southampton High School. Specific exam dates and times can be found on the College Board website by clicking here. 

AP Pre-Admission Sessions
All students participating in AP Exams are required to attend one Pre-Admission Session. The Pre-Admission Session will provide students with an opportunity to complete necessary paperwork needed for exams. Please note that students will not be eligible to enter an exam room unless the necessary paperwork has been completed in one of the Pre-Admission Sessions. In order to accommodate schedules, the following Pre-Admission Sessions have been scheduled: 

April 30th, 7:31 - 8:11 AM 
April 30th, 1:27 - 2:07 PM 
April 30th, 2:09 - 2:49 PM 
May 1st, 7:31 - 8:11 AM
May 1st, 1:27 - 2:07 PM
May 1st, 2:09 - 2:49 PM 

All AP Exam Pre-Admission Sessions will take place in the auditorium. 

AP Exam Payments 
AP Exam payments are now due. We are pleased to announce that Southampton Public Schools will now pay for the cost of up to 2 exams per student. Students are responsible for paying for the number of exams above the first 2 (if applicable). AP exam payments can be made in 2 ways: 

1. Visit My School Bucks and pay for your exams online. Specific payment amounts have been set in student accounts. Access My School Bucks by clicking here. 
2. Bring a check made out to Southampton Public Schools for the specific amount that was mailed home in March. Not sure of your amount owed? Please call 631-591-4600. 

AP Course Credit
As a reminder, students enrolled in an AP course must sit for the corresponding AP Exam. Honors credit, not AP credit, will be issued on a student's final transcript if he/she does not sit for the corresponding exam. Please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher or counselor if you have a question regarding course credit.
