GRADUATION PERFORMANCE:
Our last performance of the year will be on Graduation Sunday, June 26th at 2 p.m. Choir members please be in the chorus room by 1:15. Please dress appropriately - girls, dress or skirt and blouse, and dark shoes. Guys dark slacks dress shirt and dark shoes. NO JEANS, SNEAKERS, OR SWEATPANTS, OR FLIP FLOPS WILL BE ALLOWED.
PERFORMANCE AT DISNEY WORLD MARCH 2012!
Just to let you know that the proposed trip for the concert to compete and perform at Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida has been approved by the Board of Education! The proposed date is March 22-25 of 2012. I have planned the trip for next year so that the choir can begin fundraising now to help reduce the cost of the trip. The trip cost is roughly $1,000.00 to 1,200.00 depending on how many students attend and the price of airline tickets.
We will leave NY Thursday afternoon 3/25 arrive in Orlando that evening and rehearse. Friday morning vocal groups will compete, attend a Disney workshop and perform at "Downtown Disney. The rest of Friday is spent in Disney World Theme Park. Saturday the choir enjoys another theme park and attends the awards ceremony. Sunday is spent at Epcot Park and the group will leave from Epcot to fly back to New York.

Parents, friends and family I really would like to make this trip a reality and need everyone's support and help so that we can fundraise to lower costs. I am planning a car wash for the Monday Memorial Day and hope parents and students can participate.
