Rio District Maintenance
The M.O.T. Department provides integrated support for the areas of Operations, Invoice Payments, Grants and Funding, Facilities Legislation, Personnel Administration, and Database Network Application Support. The department obtains and administers funding and promotes favorable legislation to increase funding and change state and federal policies favorable to the Facilities Program.
M.O.T. provides financial support to facilities programs and projects for construction modernization, maintenance, operations and transportation. The department also processes invoices for facilities contracts, provides facilities reporting and ensures access to program and project-related database information, as well as provides centralized job cost and funding support to maintenance, operations and transportation.
M.O.T. is also responsible for coordinating improvements in policy and procedures for all support functions throughout the District.
