Scholarships 2020-2021

 

These scholarships are not part of the local scholarship packet.  These applications have a variety of deadlines.

 

  1.  A newsletter is available at https://studentscholarships.org/newsletter.php.  It contains scholarships with various deadlines. 

  2. Scholarships are available at psat.org/scholarships.

  3. The McCormick & Murphy Personal Injury Scholarship is available at:  https://www.mccormickmurphy.com/#scholarship.  Must be attending a university or community college.  Due April 30, 2021.

  4. The National Wild Turkey Federation Scholarship is now available.  See Ms. Miller for an application.  Complete the partial application by Friday, November 13, 2020.

  5. Schuyler County Mutual Insurance Co is offering a scholarship to a senior living in Missouri and attending a Missouri high school.  Must have successful admission to a college university, community college or vocational school.  Submit application and copy of high school transcript by April 14, 2021.

  6. The NEMR Telephone Scholarship is now available.  You should have received an email with the application.  If not, then see Ms. Miller.

  7. The Patriot Guard Riders Scholarships are available to students who is a son or daughter of someone that has given their life in the line of duty (military and first responder-police/fire), honorably discharged veterans who have passed after their term of service, veterans or first responders disabled in the line of duty to the extent that providing an advanced education cannot be easily realized.  See Ms. Miller for an application.

  10.  Project 21 is offering an essay/poster/video contest at https://www.missouricasinos.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/2021-Project-21-Application.pdf.  

  11. The ESA Foundation offers scholarships at www.epsilonsigmaalpha.org/scholarships-and-grants

  12.  There is a newsletter at https://studentscholarships.org/newsletter.php that offers several scholarships.

  13.  The law office of ElDabe ritter is offering a scholarship at www.personalinjurylawyerslosangeles.com/#scholarship.  

  14. HelenaAcre HomeGrown Scholarship Program is now available at www.helenahomegrown.com.  Applications are due by January 31, 2021.

  15. Evergy is offering Craft Scholarships this year for students interested in line work (electric power and distribution) or wind energy.  These scholarships are valued at $3000 each per year and renewable for 1 additional year.  Interested students will need to visit the company website and click on the scholarship link under the community tab to complete the first application.  The direct link is:  https://www.evergy.com/community/scholarship-opportunities.  Deadline to apply is March 1, 2020.

  17.  Cimarron Ridge Legal Group is offering the Cimarron Ridge Legal Group Car Accident Scholarship at https://cimarron-law.com/practice-areas?grand-junction-auto-accident-lawyer/#scholarship.  Deadline is April 30, 2021.

  18.  The Law Offices of Anthony Carbone are offering a scholarship at https://anthonycarbonepersonalinjurylawyer.com/#scholarship.  Deadline is July 31, 2021.

  19.  The city Property Management HOA Service Scholarship is available at:  https://www.cityproperty.com/phoenix#scholarship  Deadline is July 31, 2021.  Amount is $1000.

  20.  Truman State is offering a scholarship to STEM majors.  It can pay up to $5000 per year for four years.  Information can be found at:  https://www.truman.edu.https;//step.truman.edu  You can also contact Karen Wheeler at kwheeler@truman.edu 

  21.  The Missouri Women’s Golf Education Association is offering a scholarship at www.mogolf.org/mwgea-scholarship  Deadline is March 14, 2021.

  22. Missouri Golf Association is offering a scholarship at www.mogolf.org/mwgea-scholarship  Deadline is March 14, 2021.

  23. Lockridge is offering a scholarship to a student attending IHCC majoring in Building Trades.  See Ms. Miller or Mr. Harlan for more information.  Deadline is April 10, 2021.

  24. The 2021 MercyOne Centerville Auxiliary Scholarship is now available.  See Ms. Miller.


 

  1.  Smithfield Hog Production Missouri Family and Community Scholarship Applications are now available at https://www.missouriporkproducer.com/scholarship-applications  Deadline is March 26,2021.

The MAMIC Scholarship is available at https://www.mamic.net/scholarships This is for students in Missouri.
