First Grade Carved a Pumpkin on Halloween

A pumpkin was graciously donated by one of our classroom parents.  On Halloween, the kids enjoyed taking turns pulling out the guts and seeds.  I took the seeds home and baked them so the kids could enjoy a treat. The students said it tasted like popcorn :). We plan on writing a 'How To' carve a pumpkin this week! Be sure to check out our photo gallery!
