Photography, Preschool, Paraprofessional: Mrs. Rita Smith
🙌🏻Please welcome new paraprofessional, Mrs. Rita Smith.🙌🏻
Rita was born and raised in Garnett, Kansas, a rural, small town about forty minutes south of Kansas City. She 👰🏻and her husband🤵🏻 Tyler have lived in Lucerne for the past five years. They have one daughter MaKenna👧🏻, who is attending preschool this year. They live on a farm and raise black Angus cattle🐃.
Before moving to Missouri, Rita lived and worked in Olathe, Kansas where she taught preschool👩🏻🏫 at The Goddard School. Mrs. Smith has over 12 years of experience working with young children, including her own.
Rita earned her 👩🏻🎓Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography📷, at Emporia State University. Mrs. Smith loves all animals, Kansas State football🏈, and the great outdoors🌳. Rita enjoys being out on the lake, whether it be boating🚤, floating🚣♀️, or fishing🎏. She also likes spending time with good friends and family and taking pictures 📷when she finds the time.
