On February 28, Governor Inslee announced that mask mandates will no longer be mandatory at schools, effective Saturday, March 12. Additionally, masks requirements for school buses were also lifted. While the requirements will be removed, we have families and staff with medically fragile circumstances that may choose to continue wearing masks. We ask that we be supportive of all family and staff decisions regarding masks. We expect approval from our local health department to support the date provided by the state.
We appreciate the great efforts and sensitivity many of you have exhibited for the health and safety of all. Thank you for your patience as we continue working through these adjustments. We are excited about a strong finish to this school year from all of our students and are planning an exceptional year ahead.
