An inclusive learning setting is a vital part of Pickwick Early Childhood Center. Our dream is for all students to develop a sense of empathy for others as well as embrace the diversity represented in our community. One example - we teach different modes of communication to all students. We have classrooms who are learning American Sign Language, students aiding other students who are movement restricted, and peers communicating with each other through communication devices. At an early age, we teach acceptance and love for each other that will set a strong foundation for a kind and caring humanity for generations to come.
