From Footprint to Snowman

From Footprint to Snowman

Students in Kelly Young's class have been learning about snow.

They read the book, "Snowballs" by Lois Ehlert and decorated snowmen using different scrap items. The final activity was creating a snowman on their shirt with their footprint. Each student brought a shirt from home, had the bottom of their foot painted white, and made a footprint. The footprint then became a snowman, complete with scarf and snow flakes.

Thanks to volunteer, Kim Ardueser, who assisted with the project.
