The Ottumwa Board of Education voted Monday night to approve the design development documents for the construction of a new preschool as presented by Dave Bridan with FRK. The architectural firm will now proceed with the development of the construction documents. Plans are to bid the project in July and begin construction in August, with a completion target date of July 2018. The school will open in August 2018.
