Kids and Chicks

Six pullets are now living in Mrs. Buckingham's preschool classroom. Each spring, Buckingham incubates eggs, keeping a chart for "hatch day." Students learn about animals that come from eggs, especially from the various story books that are read. The chicks chirp and peck throughout the day as students observe them.
