Through this free program, employees and their immediate family members may receive confidential advice, support, and practical solutions to real-life issues including confidential counseling, online peer support groups, 24-hr crisis help, as well as additional work-life services from a program called Uprise Health (formerly American Behavioral).  

 

Mountain Brook Schools has a contract with Uprise Health to provide confidential employee assistance benefits.  The school system does not receive information regarding who accesses EAP benefits nor the reason for which they are secured.
