Welcome to your online resource for information about the Mayfield City School District 1:1 initiative. 

Devices for the 2025-2026 school year will be handed out to all 2nd, 5th and 9th grade students in August. Chromebooks will be issued via contact-less curbside pickup at the high school bus loop.  In order to expedite this process, 2nd grade parents will sign the device release agreement from their parent portal.  5th & 9th grade parent AND student must sign the device release agreement sent via DocuSign to the primary parent email and student school email account.  Please make sure to sign this release prior to August 18th.   If you have any Chromebook login issues, please contact [email protected].

9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dates - Monday, August 18th and Tuesday, August 19th (Weather Permitting) 
All 2nd, 5th and 9th grade students
 
 *All students will receive the above case with their new Chromebook.

Things to know

Here are some important things to know about receiving your student(s) device:

  • In order for a student to pick up his or her Chromebook, a parent/guardian must have completed the Online Annual Update through the Parent Portal prior to the assigned device release date.

  • Prior to receiving your chromebook, parent/student must have completed the device release agreement thru DocuSign.

 As a district, we strive to be transparent in how we handle and manage your data, share what processes are in place to protect student/educator data, and provide resources for how you can protect your own data at home.
 
With the implementation of G Suite for Education (Google Accounts), the district relies on Google's committment to products that help protect student and teacher privacy.  G Suite for Education provides a distinct Privacy and Security agreement that differs from personal Google accounts.  For more information, click on the resources provided below.
