The Annual Update OLR for the 2025-2026
school year opens JULY 1st
The Infinite Campus Portal is an important tool for parents and students to access timely and secure student information for contact and notifications, schedules, attendance, grades/assignments, pay fees, food service and more.
Each new school year it is MANDATORY for a legal residential parent/guardian of ALL students to complete the ANNUAL UPDATE through the Parent Portal to ensure the school has the most current and accurate information for your student(s), as well as to acknowledge our important yearly Release Agreements (Media, Code of Conduct, Technology, Google Workspace, Student Email, Field Trips).
This MUST BE COMPLETED by the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (August 21st) for ALL students including new students registered from March 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2025. This confirms a Parent Portal account has been created or accessible which is necessary for access to other programs such as Edulog, Meet the Teacher and Schoology, as well as for electronic signature for Chromebook Device Agreements (Gr 2 thru parent portal and all other grades thru DocuSign).
Students in grades 2, 5 and 9 scheduled to receive a new Chromebook in August must have this completed before the device pickup.
Please note students will be restricted from certain activities (including any field trips) until this is completed.

Existing families already in our system enrolling a new student for the 25-26 school year can add them within the Annual update.
** Please note - All Non-Mayfield residential parents/students enrolled in our Excel TECC or Workspace Academy (Cevec) will complete the application 25-26 Non-Mayfield Annual Update specific to their information needed.
