    Absences

    *Students have 5 DAYS to turn in a PARENT NOTE. 

    *Students are allowed 5 PARENT NOTES PER SEMESTER. 

    *Students are allowed unlimited DOCTOR NOTES that can be turned in any time to the attendance office.

    Tardies

    *Students have

    1 DAY TO TURN IN A TARDY NOTE.

    3 UNEXCUSED TARDIES = ISS lunch 

    5 UNEXCUSED TARDIES = 1 DAY ISS

    4 UNEXCUSED TARDIES = 1 DAY ABSENT

    7 UNEXCUSED TARDIES = School Privileges revoked (ie…..Dances, Clubs & Athletics)

    10 UNEXCUSED TARDIES = POSSIBLE CHANGE OF PLACEMENT TO ALTERNATIVE LEARNING PROGRAM 

    *Attendance is taken in EVERY PERIOD! You must have a Parent or Doctor's note for any time that is missed in a period to become EXCUSED………otherwise it remains UNEXCUSED.    

    ALL STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE SIGNED OUT by someone on their contact list.  Attendance office WILL NOT accept phone calls or notes from parents for a student to be dismissed from school.
