I am starting my third year as the Dyslexia Specialist at Highland Lakes Elementary, and my 20th year of teaching. I previously taught in El Campo and San Antonio. I have two children, Ethan and Zona. Ethan is in the US Air Force stationed in Georgia and Zona is a graduate student at the University of Michigan. We are a "No Excuses University" campus, and will be promoting the idea that ALL students are college bound. The University of Michigan is the university our class will be representing. I am looking forward to a fabulous year with my students!!
