Stacy Lashbrook
Assistant Principal
I graduated from The University of Texas with an Early Childhood Education degree. My educational career began in 1989 at Round Rock ISD where I taught 2nd grade. My husband changed careers, taking us to Arlingon, TX in 1995. I continued my teaching career at St. Alban's Episcopal School, where I taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade, and I also served as the 3rd-5th Curriculum Coordinator. While at St. Alban's, I obtained a master's degree in Reading from Texas A&M - Commerce. In 2005, we decided it was time to move our family back to the Hill Country, and be closer to our Austin home. We fell in love with Marble Falls and decided it was the perfect home for our family. I joined the Marble Falls ISD family as a 4th and 5th grade teacher at Spicewood Elementary. In 2009, I joined the Highland Lakes Elementary family as an Assistant Principal after completing my master's degree in Educational Leadership at Texas Tech University.
My husband, Jeff, and I have three children. All three of our children are Marble Falls High School graduates. Go Mustangs!
Hunter works for GameStop in Marble Falls. Paige is finishing her last year in a doctorial program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio so she can become an occupational therapist. Robyn, our youngest, graduated from The University of North Texas. She is currently applying to graduate school.
As an administrator, I believe strongly in the MFISD Vision to have an unyielding commitment to love every child and inspire them to achieve their fullest potential. Please let me know how we can work together to love and inspire your child to be the best he/she can be.
