2024 PROJECT GRADUATION

Dear Senior parents,

Project Graduation(PG) has been tentatively scheduled for the evening of Sunday, May 12, 2024, the same day as graduation.

Project Graduation is an event totally funded by parents.

Our main fundraiser is the "NFL Tickets" that are sold where $20 donations from buyers give weekly winnings back to buyers but gives PG a profit. The profit is used on various PG activities and costs.

A "NFL Ticket Packet" was given to your senior at Open House or on the first day of school. The packets included 8 tickets to sell along with instructions on how the fundraiser works.

It's important to SELL, SELL, SELL these tickets quickly!!! There are no other fundraiser events planned. The timeframe to sell is short. The first game is Sunday, September 10th, 2023.

The top 3 sellers will be awarded a bonus gift card the night of PG.

 

You can still sell tickets after the games start, however if you sell the winning ticket after the game has been played, winnings will NOT be paid out for that game on that ticket. Tickets numbers must be logged BEFORE a game to be eligible for the payout. So, it's important to turn in your sold tickets daily to the office or at least by Friday of each week.

2024 FATIMA PROJECT GRADUATION NFL TICKET FUNDRAISER INSTRUCTIONS

 

 Here's how it works:

  • Tickets are $20.
  • Each ticket has the same 17 weeks of games listed.
  • For each week there are 14 games - each game has a corresponding letter associated with it.
  • Each ticket has a unique 4 letter combination.
  • Simply add the total points scored in all four of the games represented by your four letters.
  • Total score prizes for EACH WEEK:

 

  • Highest Score $200
  • 2nd highest $150
  • 3rd highest $75
  • 4th highest $50
  • 5th highest $25

 

  • Each weeks' results will be posted on Fatima's website under "Project Graduation".
  • In addition, each week the student seller receives $25 for selling the highest score ticket.

 

Instructions for selling tickets:

  • Seniors should receive ticket packets at Open House/Registration Day on August 17, 2023.
  • Extra tickets are available on a first come first served basis. Please do not take more tickets than you can sell.
  • Each Senior student is expected to sell at least 8 tickets.
  • Tickets have a perforated edge that separates the ticket from the buyer/seller information. Fill out all pertinent information, tear off, and give the ticket (big) portion to the buyer. Keep the "Seller" stub portion and turn it in with the entry money.
  • Put your Seller stub in an envelope with your name on it and turn it into the office. Please make sure the money turned in correctly corresponds to the number of tickets sold.
  • Please turn in sold tickets daily or at least by Friday of each week.
  • All ticket stubs and unsold tickets MUST be turned into the school office no later than September 8th, 2023

(Sales of tickets may go into the second or third weeks of the season if necessary).

  • We will keep track of how many tickets each senior sells and use this information to draw prizes at Project Graduation. The top 3 who sell the most tickets will have a bonus gift card at Project Graduation so it is very important that the senior put his/her name on the "Seller Information" on the ticket stub.

  • PARENT MEETING for Project Graduation has been set for 6:00 pm Wednesday, August 30th in the High School Library. One parent per student is requested to attend. Committees will be formed for entertainment/decorations, food, donations/prizes, video, clean up and transportation. Please participate - this is our son/daughters last night with their fellow classmates.
  • If you were unable to attend the meeting on August 30th, but would still like to volunteer to be on a committee, please contact Marla or Jenny (see contact information above)!  We have plenty of spots left to fill and would appreciate your help!
  • If NFL game(s) are canceled or the season is canceled due to COVID, the fundraiser will be treated as a raffle and the top five tickets will be drawn each week.
