OSAGE COUNTY R-III 2023-2024 APPROVED SNOW ROUTES

Routes are designed to leave drop off sites and travel directly to Fatima with stops made to drop off parochial school students at their prospective parochial schools.   Please note we will not travel County Roads when snow routes are called for.  We will only call for snow routes when the county roads are expected to improve during the day and full routes will be run in the afternoon.  Students are to board the busses as soon as they arrive at a drop off point.  Parents are urged to drop your students at the following drop off points only when a bus is present.  Thank you for your cooperation!

Drop off points

• St. Mary’s @ Frankenstein – Bus #42 will arrive at 6:30 and leave St. Mary’s at approximately 7:00.  #42 will then pick up along Hwy C from St. Mary’s to Hwy A between 7:00 & 7:15.  #42 will then pick up along Hwy A to the Fire Station.  #42 will stop @ Immaculate Conception and then drive directly to Westphalia.  Fatima students are to board the bus as soon as they arrive at St. Mary’s. 
• Fire Station near the intersection of W Hwy & A Hwy Bonnots Mill area – Bus #40 will arrive at 6:45 and leave the Fire Station at 6:55.  #40 will pick up along Hwy A from the Fire Station to Hwy 50.  #40 will stop @ Immaculate Conception, if necessary, and then drive directly to Westphalia. 
• Immaculate Conception @ Loose Creek – Busses #37 & #22 will arrive at 6:30.  #37 will leave at 7:10 and pickup along Hwy 50 & Hwy 63.  #22 will leave at 7:20 and pick up along Hwy 50 & Hwy 63. 
• Sacred Heart @ Rich Fountain – Busses #24 & #96.  #24 will arrive at 6:30 and leave at 7:10.  #24 will pick up along Hwy E from Rich Fountain to Hwy 63.  #96 will arrive at 7:00 and leave at 7:20.  #96 will pick up along Hwy 63 from Hwy E to Westphalia. 
• Civic League Hall @ Meta – Busses #13 & #36.  #13 will arrive at 6:55 and leave at 7:10.  #13 will pick up along Hwy 133 to Folk.  #36 will arrive at 6:50 and leave at 7:05.  #36 will pick up along Hwy 133 to Hwy P. 
• St. John’s @ Babtown – Bus #36 will arrive at 6:30 and leave at 6:45.  #36 will pick up along Hwy 133 to Folk. 
• St. Anthony’s @ Folk – Bus #1 will arrive at 6:45 and leave at 7:15.  #1 will pick up along Hwy 133 to Hwy 63.
• D&J Grocery @ Argyle – Bus #9 will arrive at 6:30 and leave at 7:00.  #9 will pick up along Hwy P from Argyle to Koeltztown.  #9 will drop students at Holy Family, if necessary. 
• St. Boniface @ Koeltztown – Bus #39 will arrive at 6:45 and leave at 7:10.  #39 will pick up along Hwy T from Hwy P to Hwy 63. 
•  #7 will pick up along Hwy P from Koeltztown to Hwy 63.  #7 will stop at Holy Family. 
• Holy Family @ Freeburg – Busses #34 & #7.  #34 will arrive at 6:45 and leave at 7:20.  #7 will arrive at 6:55 and leave at 7:10.  #7 will pick up students along Hwy 63 between Freeburg and Hwy E.  #34 will pick up any students left along Hwy 63 between Freeburg and Westphalia.

LATE START OPTION
Osage County R-3 will continue the option of having a late start in case of inclement weather.  This is for days when temperatures are very low in the morning, or there is snow in the area in the morning with a forecast of clearing out by mid-morning.  Regular Routes will be run morning and evening.  Buses will run approximately 2 hours later than normal in the morning, and regular time in the evening.
